• 1 bottle Yuzu Saké (50 cl)
• 1 bottle Ume Saké (50 cl)
• 1 bottle Momo Saké (50 cl)

SAKE YUZU
We've created Yuzu Saké with no added sugar, using yuzu from Eus. It has a dry taste, not sweet like most yuzu sakes, which are usually sweetened with sugar. It brings out the freshness, acidity and slight bitterness of the citron, and the addition of mint adds complexity to the flavor.

SAKE UME
The result of 3 years' maceration of the Japanese fruit "Ume" in traditional sake. A fusion of fruit and sake, Umesake no kyo has a phenomenal fruity intensity. A marvel of power and balance.

SAKE MOMO
An innovative combination of premium sake, lots of fruit and a little alcohol to top it all off. A premium sake beverage with over 42% fruit from the oversized, soft, white-fleshed, highly aromatic Japanese MOMO fruit. This blend of many aromatic peaches gives a creamy seduction. An excellent aperitif in combination with sparkling wine. The purity of the raw materials and the traditional brewing process give Ile Four Saké a smooth, complex flavor.



RECIPE

Ingredients :

• 300 ml 1 bottle cold Nigori sake (unfiltered)
• 30 ml (2 tbsp.) yuzu juice
• 1 egg white
• 30 ml (2 tablespoons) simple syrup

Preparation :

Place all ingredients in a shaker and fill.
