Ile Four Sake

Yuzu Sake
A fruity sake showcasing the magnificence of the Japanese yuzu fruit! It's both tangy and naturally sweet.
RECIPE
Ingredients :
- 300 ml 1 bottle cold sake (unfiltered)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) yuzu sake
- 1 egg white
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) simple syrup.
Preparation :
- Place all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously (30 to 45 seconds).
- Divide among 2 old-fashioned glasses and garnish with a slice of ginger.
Garnish :
2 thin slices of fresh ginger.
